When is breakfast served?
Daily from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Our Deluxe Breakfast is thoughtfully curated around quality, local produce and a sense of lightness.

We serve organic and seasonal products, alongside vegan and gluten-free options.

To help us prepare everything with the greatest care, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance about any special dietary requirements, such as vegan or gluten-free preferences.

Honesty Bar
Our 24/7 Honesty Bar is exclusively available to hotel guests – a calm and stylish space to enjoy a glass of wine, an aperitif or simply a moment of relaxation at any time of day.

Where can I park?
The hotel is located within Bolzano’s pedestrian zone.

Our guests can use the Luna Mondschein Garage, where they receive a 50% discount on the regular parking rates.

Is there an EV charging station?
Yes. Designated parking spaces with charging facilities are available at the Luna Mondschein Garage. Payment can be made conveniently by credit card directly on site.

Bicycles & mobility

• Bicycle and e-bike rental through local providers and our partner Sportler Bike – advance reservation recommended
• Two hotel-owned vintage city bikes for leisurely rides through the old town or along the Talvera promenade

When can I check in?
Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

When do I need to check out?
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.

Late arrival
If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so that we can prepare your arrival and welcome you accordingly.

Late check-in
For arrivals after 10:00 pm, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange your check-in accordingly.

Early departure before 7:30 am
If you are leaving the hotel before 7:30 am, you are welcome to settle your bill the evening before.

Upon request, we will also be happy to prepare a breakfast box to take with you, so that you can still enjoy our breakfast on the morning of your departure.
